I've been there! and the stone of eloquence. I bet you (America) get real jealous of all our cool really old shit (Europe).
Alas, it is true. One thing global superiority can't get you is the historical crap like you have laying all over the place in Europe. I rather enjoy crumbling castles and they're just not that easy to come by over here. Sigh.
